The sky’s the limit for these Freemasons 

On Friday 16 May, an unforgettable day unfolded at Bridlington Skydive Club as 15 courageous volunteers took a leap of faith from 10,000 feet to complete a tandem parachute jump in support of the Yorkshire, North and East Ridings Festival 2029. 

Local veterans to receive support through Carer Connections for Veterans project thanks to £50,000

Around 75 local veterans from Scarborough, Ryedale and the surrounding areas will receive support from Carers Plus Yorkshire (CPY) over the next 12 months, thanks to a £50,000 grant from Yorkshire North & East Ridings Freemasons. The aim of the project is to enhance support for unpaid veteran carers while also developing community-based volunteer opportunities.
