Advice and Support Team

Our Advice and Support team offers a free and confidential service for Freemasons and their families.

The Advice and Support Team can help by:

  • Talking about financial difficulties
  • Assisting with applications for support
  • Discussing the best approach to meet care needs
  • Exploring how home adaptations and mobility aids can help people maintain independence
  • Offering practical advice on education and wellbeing of children

Maximising your income

The Advice and Support Team is a trusted, knowledgeable resource for understanding and accessing benefits, grants, and other financial assistance. They can signpost to state and local authority benefits and services available from other charitable organisations.

Can we help you?

The Advice and Support Team’s services are available to anyone with a close connection to a Freemason. Those seeking Advice and Support Team support should contact our Enquiries Team for a referral.

Advice and Support Team Advisers are based regionally throughout England and Wales. Once a referral has been made, a local team member will call to discuss the situation and offer advice on any support or services available. The Advice and Support Team can also arrange a home visit if required.
