As well as a positive working environment we offer competitive and attractive reward packages.
Our values
We recognise when staff are living our values through our quarterly Above & Beyond Awards as well as our Performance Development Review process.
Our structure
Within the Freemasons’ Charity there are various departments which work closely to deliver our mission.

Our Staff Communication
We value the importance of ensuring our staff are kept informed at all levels of what is happening across all areas of the Freemasons’ Charity and are also able to share their ideas. To support this we have a staff forum which meets regularly and has representatives from every area of the charity, a regular email newsletter that all departments can contribute to and a bi-annual staff engagement survey.
Employee benefits
The Freemasons’ Charity offers staff a wide range of benefits including comprehensive private medical and dental insurance, a generous group personal pension plan, a free will-writing service, and recognition awards.
We believe our great work is only possible through employing great people, so we are always looking for people to work with us who share our passion, high standards and commitment to helping build better lives.
